This policy guarantees indemnity for damages in buildings as a result of a multitude of risks to property, such as fire, electrical and water damage, and damage due to seismic phenomena.
It is specifically intended for Clients with BPI Mortgage Loans, being paid monthly, with no additional costs.
Credit Protection Insurance
Credit Protection Insurance guarantees the payment of your BPI Mortgage Credit monthly instalments in the occurrence of the following unexpected events:
- Absolute temporary incapacity to work due to accident and/or illness;
- Unemployment (only for salaried workers);
- Salaries in arrears (only for salaried workers);
- Hospitalisation (only for salaried workers);
It is specifically intended for Clients with BPI Mortgage Loans, being paid monthly, with no additional costs.
