This network includes traditional branches (for mass Customers, entrepreneurs and businesses), Premier centres (dedicated to serving Customers with high-net-worth or with potential for financial accumulation), inTouch centres (provide individual Customers with a dedicated manager accessible by phone or digital channels, in extended hours), AGE centre (remotely serves young Customers, between 18 and 25 years old), Connect centre (remotely serves Customers with low commercial potential and involvement).
Through a team of experts, BPI provides specialized discretionary management and financial advisory services to high-net-worth individual Customers.

Based on a relationship banking approach of strong proximity to companies, BPI has a specialised network adapted to their needs. Besides 22 Corporate and Institutional centres, this network includes a Real Estate Business centre and two Corporate and Business Development commercial areas focused on developing the relationship of the Bank with corporates with turnover of up to 10 M.€, which they serve through a remote and highly flexible response.
In addition, the Corporate and Institutional Banking teams serve the needs of the largest Portuguese corporate groups and institutional Clients.
