With BPI IVA JÁ, BPI advances VAT refunds requested from the Tax and Customs Authority, through short-term loans adapted to the needs of each company.

BPI IVA JÁ is a solution for advance repayment of VAT requested from the Tax and Customs Authority, through the contracting of short-term financing adapted to each company’s needs.

Documents to be submitted:

  • Proof of request for VAT repayment and IBAN for repayment corresponding to BPI account;
  • Certificates demonstrating that the company has no outstanding obligations pertaining to taxes and contributions. 
  • Flexible amount and term;
  • Fast disbursement of funds: loans are made available 24 hours after being contracted;
  • Competitive conditions.

Specifically targeting companies and individual entrepreneurs that regularly or occasionally receive VAT refunds.


Up to 100% of the amount of the VAT refund stated in the Periodic Declaration.

  • Loan period adjusted to refunds;
  • Full repayment on VAT refund date or loan maturity, whichever occurs first;
  • Interest payment: in arrears.
